We understand that purchasing a new float reel is a big decision and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure you are happy with the product, we offer a no fuss returns policy.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will provide details of how to return your product to us. Once we have received your return, we will refund the full amount you paid back to your original payment method or provide store credit towards an alternative product if preferred.
Please note, you will need to arrange and pay for tracked return shipping. As the products are high value, we strongly recommend insuring your package in case of loss or damage in transit.
